Our aim

eSquall wants esquall.com to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We do not claim full conformance; this page says what is in place and how to tell us when something is in the way.

What is in place

Every page can be navigated with the keyboard, headings follow a logical order, form fields have visible labels and error messages, images that carry meaning have alternative text, color is not the only way information is shown, and the site respects the reduced-motion setting of your device. The site is checked with automated tools (Lighthouse) after each release and by hand on a phone and a desktop.

Known limitations

Some older case-study images have short alternative text rather than full descriptions. The walkthrough video on the How it works page does not yet have captions. Third-party embeds (booking calendar, reCAPTCHA) are provided by their vendors and follow their accessibility support.

Tell us

If any part of the site is hard to use, email info@esquall.com with the page address and what happened. We reply within one business day, US Eastern time, and fix what we can in the next release. If you need any content in another format, ask and we will send it.
