Security and data handling
Short answers to the questions a client’s IT person asks before working with us. If something you need is not here, email us and we will answer in writing.
Where data is stored
Client systems are hosted in a cloud region of the client’s choice, normally in the US. Our engineers work from Rawalpindi, Pakistan, under NDA, with access limited to the people on your project.
Who can see your files
Only the named engineers on your project. Access is logged and removed when the project ends or a person leaves the team.
Uploaded part files
Files sent through our part-file form are stored privately, used only to produce your sample quote, and deleted after it is sent unless you ask us to keep them. They are never used for anything else.
Export control
Drawings subject to ITAR or EAR must not be uploaded or sent to us. We are not set up for export-controlled work at this stage, and we will say so rather than take the work.
Encryption and agreements
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We sign an NDA before any file is shared and put your data-handling rules into the contract.
Reporting a concern
Email the address in the footer with “Security” in the subject line. You will get a reply from a named person within one business day.
