Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 1, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how eSquall LLC handles your personal information.
1. Introduction
eSquall LLC ("eSquall", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at esquall.com or engage with our software development services. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your full name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details when you fill out our contact forms, request a quotation, or apply for a position. We also automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited on our website. This helps us improve your experience and our services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and fulfill your service requests; provide, improve, and personalize our website and services; send you project updates, proposals, and relevant communications; analyze usage trends to enhance website performance; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraudulent or unlawful activity. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services (e.g., email platforms, cloud storage, analytics tools), provided they agree to keep this information confidential. We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to valid legal requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of eSquall, our clients, or others.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, to measure traffic and to see where visitors get stuck. The cookie banner lets you accept or decline the non-essential ones, and you can change that choice at any time from the banner's preferences. Visitors in the EU and UK get the non-essential categories switched off until they accept. The services we use are: Google Analytics 4 (analytics: pages visited, events such as a booking request; cookie-free measurement until you accept analytics cookies); Microsoft Clarity (analytics: session recordings and heatmaps with typed text masked, only after you accept analytics cookies; see Microsoft's privacy statement); Google reCAPTCHA (essential: protects our forms from automated abuse, governed by Google's privacy policy); and the cookie-consent record itself (essential). Essential cookies and your consent choice are stored in your browser; we use both session cookies, which expire when you close the browser, and persistent cookies, which remain until deleted.
6. Data Security and Where Data Is Stored
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption in transit and at rest and access limited to named staff. This website and its form submissions are hosted by our website platform provider in the United States. Client systems we build are hosted in a cloud region of the client's choice, normally in the United States. Our engineering team works from Rawalpindi, Pakistan, under confidentiality agreements, and may access data only for the project it is assigned to. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention and Uploaded Files
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Part files (STEP, DXF) and drawings sent through our part-file form are stored privately, used only to produce the sample quote you asked for, and deleted after it is sent unless you ask us to keep them. Drawings subject to ITAR or EAR must not be uploaded; we are not set up for export-controlled work. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including: the right to access and receive a copy of your data; the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; the right to request deletion of your data; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@esquall.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. The policy is automatically reviewed each year, with the effective date updated to January 1 of the current year (2026). We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
